How this has helped mentees till now

In December of 2023, we started conducting research and experimented with how we could use the power of Generative AI to create a multi-faceted solution for our mentees and mentors through LinkedIn.

Here was the first post by one of our mentees:

📈 From 0 reactions on his earlier posts to 50+ reactions and 10+ comments from LinkedIn influencers, Yaswanth was able to bring close to 10 queries about his mentor through this post.

Another of our mentee’s very first posts:

👀 This post received 12,000 impressions! After this, he was offered a job once he reached out to the employees of the company he wanted to work for!

We had also noticed a few cases where some mentors regularly ask their mentees to write a post or a blog about what they are learning in their sessions as homework, before meeting the next time. Here’s one such success story of a mentee who got placed under our mentor Nehaa Bansal:

Thus emerged the concept of Build Opportunities, where we as a platform enable mentees to talk about their investment in career development and how seriously they take job hunting compared to other candidates in the market. While they do that, you also end up building a vault of credible posts, that you can use to build your mentorship brand on social media.

Now that we have automated the process a fair bit on the mentee dashboard, many of our mentors have already started educating their mentees about how this step is essential to their learning and growth!
