As a mentor, you'll need to have a good time management system to make sure your day-to-day work commitments and your long-term mentees, none of them are compromised.

Long-Term Mentorship is a recurring monthly subscription.

So your availability and accessibility are not just restricted to 'sessions' but also over chats and follow-ups.

🕒 We've seen LTM mentors usually put in an extra number of hours over the weekends to assist the mentees further.

A few pointers around updating your availability that you should keep in mind:


1.) It helps your mentees book a session with you directly within the slots mentioned by you.

Availability updated by you directly reflects on the checkout page of your mentee while booking a session with you.


2.) Marking your Unavailability is as important as marking your 'Availability'

you're going to be unavailable for more than 1 week.
