Rescheduling Policy

The mentee wants to reschedule a session

Your mentee can reschedule sessions 24 hours prior to a session start time directly from their dashboard.

For cases where your mentee did not inform you within the specified time more than 2 times a month, it is at your discretion if you would like to end the service with them. In such cases, you will receive the amount for the days completed in the program so far.

The mentor wants to reschedule a session

We encourage our mentors to reschedule a session at least 2 hours before the session starts so that the mentee is informed and doesn't end up waiting for you till the last minute.

💡If you have rescheduled sessions more than 2 times in a month with a particular mentee, the mentee has the option to end the service by informing their support manager. In this case, you will receive the amount for the days completed till the last attended session date.

💡Per month we allow our mentors to reschedule a maximum of 4 sessions in total. If you exceed this limit the inflow of new candidates will be paused for a duration of 15 days.

Program Pause Policy

The Mentee wants to pause an ongoing program

Once a package is purchased it is set to end at the specified duration for which the mentee has made the purchase. In case your mentee wants to take a break from the preparation journey, they can pause the package for a duration of maximum of 15 days after which the package will resume automatically.

This option can be availed only once in the entire package.

💡You have the option to end the package if you do not wish to resume the service later. Here you will be paid the amount for the number of days completed in the package so far

The Mentor wants to pause an ongoing program

You can pause an ongoing package for a maximum duration of 7 days. This service can be availed only once in the entire package. If you are requesting to pause the package we encourage both the mentor & mentee involved to

  • Agree on a resume date

  • Inform your support manager to pause the package for the agreed duration

💡If your mentee doesn’t want to wait they can end the service with you by informing their support manager. Here you will receive the amount for the days completed until the last attend session date in the package.

Session Policy: No Show-up

No show-up is an event where the mentor or mentee didn’t join a session that was agreed upon within 15 minutes of the session start time.

The Mentee didn’t show up for a session

Once a session is scheduled by a mentee it should start at the scheduled time and last for the agreed-upon duration. In case your mentee did not show-up, it is at your discretion if you would like to reschedule the session.

Communication is the key in such cases, we encourage both the mentor & mentee involved to

  • Chat on your dashboard and agree on another time to meet

  • Reschedule the session from your dashboard

The Mentor didn’t show up for a session

We understand you are busy professionals with a full-time job and the responsibility of multiple mentees, it might happen that you got some unavoidable work due to which you didn’t attend the session.

Communication is the key in such cases, we encourage both the mentor & mentee involved to

  • Chat on your dashboard and agree on another time to meet

  • Reschedule the session from your dashboard

💡 Per month if you are exceeding more than 2 no-show-ups with a particular mentee, then they have the option to request a mentor change. In such cases, the mentor will receive compensation for the days utilised till the last session date.

Session Policy: Time Constraints

Once a session is scheduled by a mentee and a mentor accepts the session, it should start at the scheduled time and last for the agreed-upon duration.

For ex: If a session is scheduled for 2:00 PM and it was agreed that the session will be of 1 hour, then the session will end at 3:00 PM.

The Mentee joined the session late

In case your mentee joined a session late, it is at your discretion if you would like to extend a few minutes after the session's end time to complete the discussion.

The Mentor joined the session late

In case you have joined the session late, you will have to take the session as per the agreed-upon duration.

If you cannot extend the time to complete the agreed-upon duration, the mentee might book another session with you to complete their discussion

Expiry Policy

  • LTM monthly program with your mentee will expire within 30 days from the date of the first session.

  • In case of 2+ months, the program will end accordingly

  • At the end of the program, the mentee has the option to repurchase LTM as per their need.

Payment

For any program purchased by a candidate, the payment will be released on monthly basis, at the end of 30 days cycle.

For example: If a package is purchased on 1st April and the first session happened on 5th April then the payout to the mentor will be done on 5th May which is in 30 days from the first session date.

Refund Policy

When can the mentee raise a refund request

  • You have rescheduled more than 2 sessions in a month

  • You are requesting to pause the program

  • You did not show up for more than 2 sessions in a month

  • You are unreachable or not responding over chat support

  • You are having bad behaviour towards the mentee

💡The refund will be calculated according to the number of days left in the program.
