Rescheduling Policy

Your Mentee wants to reschedule a session

Your mentee can reschedule a trial session 24 hours prior to a session start time

💡If your mentee can not attend a session that is scheduled to start within 24 hours, it is at your discretion if you would like to reschedule the session.

Communication is the key in such cases, we encourage both the mentor & mentee involved to

• Chat on your dashboard and agree on another time to meet

• Reschedule the session from your dashboard

You want to reschedule a session

We understand as working professionals our mentors are busy with their office work as well, if you want to reschedule a session you can do it directly from your dashboard.

💡Per month we allow our mentor to reschedule a maximum of 4 sessions. Exceeding this limit will lead to pausing the inflow of new candidates to you for a duration of 15 days.

Session Policy: No Show-up

No show-up is an event where the mentor or mentee didn’t come for a session that was agreed upon within 15 minutes of the session start time.

The Mentee didn’t show up for a scheduled session

Once a session is scheduled by a mentee it should start at the scheduled time and last for the agreed-upon duration. In case your mentee did not show-up, it is at your discretion if you would like to reschedule the session.

The Mentor didn’t show up for a scheduled session

We understand you are busy professionals with a full-time job and the responsibility of multiple mentees, it might happen that you got some unavoidable work due to which you didn’t attend the session.

Communication is the key in such cases, we encourage both the mentor & mentee involved to

• Chat on your dashboard and agree on another time to meet

• Reschedule the session from your dashboard

💡 Per month if you are exceeding more than 5 no-show ups, it will lead to pausing your profile from the Preplaced website listing. Here your application will be reviewed again by Preplaced to decide if you can continue with us as a mentor.

Session Policy: Time Constraints

Once a session is scheduled by a mentee it should start at the scheduled time.

However, there are no time constraints for the trial session. It is up to you how long you need to take the session to explain to your mentee how you can help them during Long-Term-Mentorship.
