# Understanding Payouts in the Long-Term Mentorship Program

It's important to understand how payouts work to ensure a smooth and transparent payment process. This article will provide you with the necessary information about the payout system and how it functions.

## **Payout dates and schedule:**

Once the first session of the Long-Term Mentorship (LTM) program is completed, a payout schedule is assigned to you. However, the payout dates are not fixed in cases where either the mentor or mentee decides to pause the program temporarily. If the LTM is paused, the number of days on pause is added to the pending payouts.

## **How does payout work in case of refunds**

In the event that a refund is requested within the first 7 days of the first session, no payout will be issued. This policy is in place to account for any dissatisfaction or unforeseen circumstances during the initial stages of the mentorship. However, for refund requests made after the initial 7-day period, payouts will be issued for the mentorship days that have been completed.

## **Commissions and Payout Calculation:**

Our platform charges a commission of 20% on the total amount paid by the mentee for the Long-Term Mentorship Program. The remaining 80% is the payout allocated to you as the mentor. This payout is split over the months for which LTM is purchased.
